I've confirmed that my bios, bin and lst files are good as I can launch the same via the reicast core on Windows 10. Trying to get this running on RP x86 using the reicast core in experimental but no love (comes right back to ES). Let me know if it runs well (i'm curious since i intend to buy a minipc with similar hardware for emulation). There is also a compatibility list there :

Buy 512 GB Ora v1.65 Retropie SD Card - Sega Saturn, PSP, N64, Naomi. More info can be found here or said in Is there a way to add Sega model 1/2 and naomi 1/2 specific For naomi on pc, give a try to libretro-reicast (not the OIT version, to my knowledge it doesn't run on radeon gpu yet).
I agree since you are on a PC I would use Makaron or Demul for naomi emulation not the retroarch cores but you must have the correct rom format for those I don't think MAME roms will work. That is how it works on the most simple level. Now change the information in between the tags to the information you need/want. to and including then paste it under your last set right above the tag. I am wondering if there is a specific emulator of sega model 1/2 or if is. It would be great if 360 emulation worked as well, then I could finally pack the console away as at the minute it's just a dedicated Radiant Silvergun machine. If you want to add an emulator then you edit the es_systems.cfg and add it normally at the bottom after the last tag and BEFORE the tag I have downloaded all the mame emulators but the most of the 3d games, such as sega model and naomi once, are not working. The nullDC is a simple and effective emulation tool for the Sega Dreamcast and NAOMI, allowing users to play a number of games on the PC.
However, you wont need to have the Dreamcast console itself to be able to play the emulator. A fiver for high resolution seems like a pretty good deal, this kind of stuff must take crazy amounts of work but with sprite based shooting games I doubt it'd make an awful lot of difference, 3D ones like Exzeal do look amazing rendering at 1920x1080 on Demul though. Its an excellent emulator for SEGA games and is a great choice for fans of the console.
It's great to be able to play stuff like Mars Matrix with the additional modes from the home release rather than just the arcade, now I just need to find the games on their own as I don't really want to download the 250GB of what I'm assuming is a full set. NAOMI packs twice as much system and graphics memory, and 4X as much sound memory. The first NAOMI hardware was demonstrated in 1998 at JAMMA as the successor to the Sega Model 3 hardware. The Sega NAOMI is a development of the Sega Dreamcast technology as a basis for an arcade system board. Mostly I was looking to play the DC version of Bangai-O and this runs it great although there seem to be a few screen elements missing and I'm not really familiar with the game enough to notice things that are wrong. The NAOMI (New Arcade Operation Machine Idea) is also Japanese for beauty above all else. MakaronEX v3. MakaronEX has a comfortable and intuitive interface, supports some additional features that were not available to the original version of the emulator. I was surprised how far along Dreamcast emulation is, although I'm not sure why it wouldn't be as I've been using Demul to play a few Naomi-based shooters that chug on MAME (can't for the life of me get Atomiswave ones working at all, it just complains about the bios despite the file being there). MakaronEX is a a special buid of the original emulator Makaron (Sega Dreamcast and NAOMI videogame systems emulator).
